Pork & bean ragu (or Quorn Mince)  with spaghetti 

 BBQ Chicken with cous cous & vegetables

Thai chicken curry (or Thai tofu curry) with white rice

Vegetable stew with rice

Admiral pie with peas & sweetcorn


Dessert:

Fruit yogurt

Apple crumble & custard

Blueberry sponge cake

Plain Greek yoghurt with raspberry puree


Tea

Wholemeal English muffin pizza with various toppings

Pasta Primavera with garlic bread

Sandwiches with savoury filling

Vegetable soup with fresh bread


Pudding:  Pears, Bananas, Apple slices ,Fruit cocktail, Oranges
